As well as all the fantastic donations to our Justgiving page, we are lucky enough to have many generous people holding their own events and fundraising for the Trust. We could not do our work without your help so we would like to say a BIG thank you to:
Richard Knight, Islington – Richard ran the Berlin Marathon for The Ben Kinsella Trust on 25th Sep 2011 and raised an amazing £2500. He also injured his leg during the challenge and had to walk the last 10 miles out of the 26 but he never gave up and for that we are truly grateful to him and all who sponsored him.
Sainsbury’s Islington – Sainsbury’s kindly allowed us to fundraise in-store so we held a Celebrity Bag Packing day in October and raised almost £800 in just 2 hours! We thank all the staff who kindly helped us and all the residents and shoppers of Islington who donated to our buckets.
Frank Barnard, Islington- Frank and the residents of his street held a bbq and raised £53 to be put towards the Trust!
Catamaran Yacht Club, Minster – Generously held a fun day in honour of Ben and raised £100.
A&F Autos, Bethnal Green – Made a donation of £270 to The Ben Kinsella Trust. Thank you!
Brodie Couzins, Islington – Brodie travelled to thirteen football clubs having his picture taken. This took him 12.75hrs to complete, he raised £300 which he donated to the Ben Kinsella Trust. Thank you!
Emmanuel Egbuniwe, Holloway School – Organised a cake bake and raised £107 in one day! Thank you!
